Project Experience
Khoury Engineering, Inc. has a broad experience base. Currently, our practice includes several major types
of work: Commercial, multi-family, restaurants and financial. As always, maintaining a budget while
providing the greatest value and functionality are the goals we strive to meet for all our clients. Below is a
sample list of our project experience:
Commercial Projects:
Commercial projects include office buildings and retail centers for local and national developers. Our
signature project is Smith Farm Marketplace in Owasso, Oklahoma that opened in October 2005. These
68 acres of commercial development include approximately 500,000 SF of retail space.
Multi Family Housing Projects:
Multi-family projects includes development for Tulsa Housing Authority and Encore Enterprises. Projects
are located in the Tulsa Metropolitan Area.
Financial Institutions:
Financial Institution projects include the preparation of site development drawings and utility extension to
various bank buildings.
Hotel Projects:
Hotel projects include the preparation of site development drawings for Candlewood suites, Best Western
hotel, Hawthorn limited Marriott Courtyard, La Quinta inn & Suites and Fairfields Inn.
Medical Projects:
Current projects include various dialysis centers for Davita and other office buildings for local dentists and
medical professionals, including Med Center, Cedar Ridge Medical Center, Owasso Medical Park, Dr.
Hinkle Dental office, and many others.
Restaurant Projects:
Restaurants and food service experience is a segment of our experience base. We have provided design
services for fast food and full menu service clients including McDonald's, Carl's Jr., Lone Star Steakhouse,
Applebees, Burger King, Santa Fe Cattle Company, and others.
Convenience Store/Fuel Station:
We have provided design services for 22 fuel stations and convenience stores for Albertsons, Inc.
