Malek Elkhoury, P.E. is the president and founder of Khoury Engineering, Inc. He has 23 years of experience in Civil Engineering and Project Management. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in 12 Sates, and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. Khoury Engineering, Inc. provides Civil Engineering Services to a variety of local & national real estate developers. The Company was established in year 2000. Although we are a small firm, our portfolio include design of small and large projects. Khoury Engineering also contracts with various professional consultants to provide other services such as Land Surveying, Subdivision Platting, Landscaping & Irrigation design.
