About Our Owner
We provide Civil Engineering Services to a variety of local & national real estate developers.
Although we are a small firm, we work on both small and large projects. Our owner has the
following qualifications:
Malek Elkhoury P.E.
Mr. Elkhoury is the president and founder of Khoury Engineering, Inc. He has 22 years of
experience in Civil Engineering and Project Management. He received a B.S. degree in
Construction Management and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma
State University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in 13 Sates, and a member of the
American Society of Civil Engineers.
Khoury Engineering also contract with various professional consultants to provide other
services such as Land Surveying, Subdivision Platting, Landscaping & Irrigation design.
